Our 12 overhead cranes with capacities of up to 40 tons allows us to fabricate simple beams with only holes and copes, to the most complex weldments and trusses. Our fabrication bays are large enough to preassemble truss section up to 70 feet deep and 140 feet long, which allows us to test fit even the largest trusses, or ship large trusses to site. Our outside storage consists of over 18 acres which allows us to stock and store over 20,000 tons at any one time, enabling us to fabricate well ahead of our Erector partner’s delivery schedule. This capability allows us to accelerate schedules or adjust delivery sequences to meet changing field conditions. Each of our 3 travel lifts has a 30 ton capacity which allows us to load trucks quickly and to accept delivery of raw steel via truck or our rail spur.
