Our Facility
Zalk Josephs production facility is comprised of approximately 100,000 square feet of heated space with the most up to date equipment. With 12 overhead cranes with capacities of up to 30 tons, we are able to fabricate steel as simple as straight beams with holes and copes to the most complex weldment. Our outside storage consists of over 18 acres which allows us to stock and store over 20,000 tons at any one time enabling us to fabricate well ahead of our Erector partner's delivery schedule. This capability allows us to accelerate schedules or adjust delivery sequences to meet changing field conditions. Each of our 4 travel lifts have a 30 ton capacity which allows us to load trucks quickly and to accept delivery of raw steel via truck or our rail spur.
